Creamy oh-so-good chocolate fudge Fudge Shelf Life Information 1)    Fresh --  All fudge is shipped fresh. If you wish to keep it on your shelf this way, simply date all product for 10 weeks from the date you receive it. 2)    Frozen -- You may freeze some/all of your fudge and store frozen for up to six months.  When you are ready to stock, simply leave at room temperature overnight.  Please date all thawed product for 8 weeks from the thaw date. You may use a combination of both options to help manage your inventory!
